Very friendly staff, showroom, professionally done. All questions were answered thoroughly. Our cabana series glass is just what we wanted to enclose our screened lanai, love the extra room. The finished product was fairly priced and very well done. Only issue we had was all dates estimated were very low, four visits to office to encourage appointments and procedure to keep going. Mistakes, during ordering, turned our 7 to 8 week estimate into 11 then 15 weeks.

The thing we didn’t care for was our old enclosed porch was torn down for 5 weeks before the installation could take place. We had a tv, mini split and a fan that all had to be covered by 2 old ladies up on ladders. Two suggestions- either help cover those items but then also figure out a better plan than 5 weeks before installation takes place. Not happy and slightly agitated. Also this is our 2nd porch enclosure with your company.

Response from the owner:We appreciate your feedback and understand it's not desired to have a already enclosed lanai open while custom sized new products are manufactured to fit your newly designed layout. Using our many years of experience, we assess each project to determine the best steps to provide each customer the best finished results. These expected processes are discussed upfront and openly during the designers consult and at time of initial measurements. We truly want the best outcome for each customer. We even offer draping screens around all openings to help limit wildlife from entering the area during the product manufacturing and delivery times. We are sincerely sorry you feel we missed the mark for your specific situation as most customers don't cover ceiling and high mounted fixture and items.

Custom Windows and exterior design is one of the best businesses we have dealt with while living here in The Villages. Added glass sliding doors to lanai, They show up when they say they will finish the job when they say they will and give you quality products. we couldn’t be happier with our choice in using this company. Replaced older stacking vinyl with full height glass. All staff contacted were excellent....but they are busy.

Remodel of lanai was excellent. Kyle and crew did an awesome job with impeccable attention to detail. Window cleaners excellent as well. I only wish the storm door opened the way the previous one did. This one opens the opposite way but it usable as is.

From designing what our lanai would look like when enclosed to all the measurements to the windows and door, and the knee walls and the etc. and more. We started this process in June of 2025. It has just been completed this month FEBRUARY OF 2026 so approximately 8 months. This company has been very responsive to issues with quality fixes. These issues were primarily due to supplier quality problems. Hopefully these issues will not be persistent for Custom in the future. Thanks to Custom’s team in working through the problems.

We just had our Iris lanai enclosed by Custom Windows and I have to say they were exceptional to deal with from the beginning of measuring to the exact date of installation they said they would. The team who ripped out the old framework to installation of new frames and stackable doors was perfection. A special shout out the man who had to had to redo all around the framing with stucco. He was an artist- you cannot even tell it was redone. TY TY. The painter was so meticulous as well and the ladies who cleaned the windows weee super professional and brought towels to stand on so no mess inside. Thank you to the fabulous team. We use the lanai every single day now.
