Using our many years of experience, we assess each project to determine the best steps to provide each customer the best finished results. These expected processes are discussed upfront and openly during the designers consult and at time of initial measurements. We truly want the best outcome for each customer. We even offer draping screens around all openings to help limit wildlife from entering the area during the product manufacturing and delivery times. We are sincerely sorry you feel we missed the mark for your specific situation as most customers don't cover ceiling and high mounted fixture and items.
