Custom Windows and Exterior Design, Inc.
The company was established in Seminole County Florida in 1987. It began by building screen enclosures and add-on rooms using vinyl window products.
In the early 1990’s, our business started focusing on The Villages area where the industry started thriving. We moved our operations into the Leesburg area where we participated in local shows and markets.
As the Villages and surrounding areas grew so did our business, as of today we have served over 19,000 customers. In 2018, we opened a beautiful Leesburg showroom displaying our glass window and door product lines for customers to experience. Our President, Jeff Rands is a Florida State Licensed Contractor.

Meet Our Team
Jeff Rands
President/ Founder
Jeff is the President and Founder of Custom Windows and Exterior Design, Inc., which he started in Seminole County in 1987. He learned the business first as an installer and then excelled in sales. Jeff maintains a Florida State Specialty Contractors License, which certifies our beautiful custom lanai projects. He loves to boat, fish and hunt.
Dave Broberg
Vice President
Hi, I’m Dave Broberg, co-owner and Vice President of Custom Windows. I’m originally from the suburbs of Chicago. Jeff and I met in 1974 and got our start on home improvement industry in the mid 1980’s working under my father Ralph and my Uncle Bob.
I joined Custom Windows and Exterior Design in 1992. My favorite part of this job is going out and meeting our customers.
My wife and I have been happily married for 36 years and have two wonderful children, a son 35 and daughter 33, which we enjoy traveling with and just spending quality time.
My wife MaryAnn and I are blessed with twin grandsons who keep us on our toes. They are so much fun.
The hobbies I enjoy are fishing, hunting, golf, and travel. We also enjoy riding my Harley Davidson with our good friends.

Frank Stanaitis
General Manager
Frank has been with the company for 22 years. He grew up in the New Smyrna Beach area and currently lives in Lake County.
His technical expertise is key to the successful completion of every lanai project. Frank enjoys spending time with his family and boating on local lakes.
Tiffany McIntyre
Office and Human Resource Manager
Tiffany has worked for the company since 2017. Originally from Northern Virginia, she has lived in Florida for 30 years.
Her diversified set of skills are valuable to ensure the company runs smoothly and achieves its goals. She enjoys making vintage-style jewelry and kayaking around the beautiful waters of Florida.

Ronnie Brooks
Install Manager
Ronnie is the Install Manager. He joined the company in 2022 after his career as an Infantry Staff Sergeant in the US Army for 8 years.
He is a native Floridian from Lake Mary and an avid fisherman. His operational skills are essential to coordinating our orders and installations.
